1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Vanilla
1 TBSP Oreo cookies n cream pudding mix
1 TBSP Torani sugar free brown sugar cinnamon syrup
1/2 cup Great Value rice crisps cereal
1 cup Water
1 cup Ice
Instructions:
Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds
