1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Chocolate
1/2 TBSP Oreo cookies & cream pudding mix
1/2 TBSP sugar free Jello pudding mix - butterscotch
1 TBSP sugar free Jello pudding mix- chocolate
1 Graham Cracker square
1 cup Water
1 cup Ice
Instructions:
Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds
