1 scoop SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Smoothie Mix - Chocolate
1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Chocolate
1 TBSP sugar free Jello pudding mix - chocolate
1 TBSP sugar free Jello pudding mix - vanilla
1/4 TSP Cocoa Powder
1 cup Water
1 cup Ice
Instructions:
Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds
Add all other ingredients into blender
Blend until smooth or desired texture
