i lower the 4c and leave out the Guarana powder.

I lower my caffeine by using a half of a pack of c4 and leaving out the Nutricost guarana powder. Hope this helps☺️

Ingredients:
1 tsp. 4C Energy Rush - Berry
1/4 tsp. Waka pineapple green tea powder
1/8 tsp. Nutricost guarana powder
1/4 tsp. Crush grape drink mix
1/2 tsp. Crush pineapple drink mix
1/4 tsp. Nerds cherry drink mix
2 oz. cold wild berry aloe vera juice
Water
Ice
Instructions:
Dissolve 4C berry & tea & guarana & grape in 6 oz. hot water
Pour into bottom of 32 oz. cup
Pack cup with ice
Coat top of ice with aloe vera juice
In separate cups: Mix pineapple with 6 oz. cold water & Mix cherry with 4 oz. cold water
Add pineapple mixture into cup with other ingredients
Add cherry mixture on top
