Ingredients:
1 scoop SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Smoothie Mix - Vanilla
1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Vanilla
1 TBSP Oreo cookies n cream pudding mix
1 TBSP Great Value lemon pudding mix
1/4 TSP Lemon Extract
1 cup Water
1 cup Ice
Instructions:
Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds
Add all other ingredients into blender
Blend until smooth or desired texture
Top with sugar free whipped cream & Oreos (if desired)
