1 scoop SlimFast Advanced Nutrition Smoothie Mix - Vanilla
1 scoop Integrated Supplements Whey Isolate Protein - Vanilla
1 TBSP sugar free Jello pudding mix - cheesecake
1/2 TBSP Oreo cookies & cream pudding mix
1/2 TBSP sugar free Jello pudding mix - white chocolate
1/4 TSP Almond Extract
1 cup Water
1 cup Ice
Instructions:
Blend ice & water in blender for 10 seconds
Add all other ingredients into blender
