Ingredients:

1 tsp. 4C Energy Rush - Citrus
1/2 packet (1 & 1/2 tbsp.) Health Wise Peach Mango mix
1/2 packet (1 & 1/2 tbsp.) Health Wise Wild Berry mix
1/8 tsp. Nutricost guarana powder
1 packet Great Value strawberry lemonade with collagen
Water
Ice

Instructions:

Dissolve 4C Citrus & Health Wise wild berry & Health Wise peach mango & guarana & collagen in 8 oz. hot water

Pour into bottom of 32 oz. cup

Pack cup with ice

Fill cup with 6 oz. cold water

Mix all together
